Patrick Rojer

Patrick specializes in collective employment law (CAO), social security law, sick leave and disability legislation.
In 2015 Patrick joined Sagiure and added his wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. His no-nonsense approach to legal challenges ensures pragmatic, solution-driven support for his clients, who commend his ability to reduce complex legal issues to on-point comprehensible advice. In his 23-year career, Patrick has advised on numerous matters relating to individual and collective employment, commercial contracts, asset purchase transactions, franchise agreements, and artist, publishing and management contracts.
Education
Patrick holds a Masters Degree in Civil Law (1996) from the University of Utrecht and a Postgraduate Degree in Employment Law from the University of Rotterdam (2016, PALA).
Patrick has extensive experience as lecturer and provides training on various employment and social security matters for the firms’ clients. He furthermore contributed to numerous publications, including dispensation from industry-wide application collective bargaining agreements and the legal validity of all-in wages in the physiotherapy sector
Additional Information
Patrick is fluent in Dutch and English.
Patrick is also a 4th degree black belt in the martial art Taekwondo and has been a member of the Dutch selection team and participated in international tournaments. A co-founder of the Taekwondo Sports Club, he has trained students of all ages to black belt level and was recognized for his work by the Korean Olympic Committee. Taekwondo promotes values such as honesty, courtesy, hard work, loyalty and cooperation. Patrick lives by these same values and upholds them equally in his profession as a lawyer.
